Getting started with an individualised assessment
During our first meeting with NDIS participants, we establish a strong understanding of participant aims, desires and goals, and then develop the most effective action plan of individual or combined services to improve health, wellbeing, functional capacity, and daily living skills.
To ensure that intervention methods are targeted to individual needs, we are extremely well resourced with high precision technology and expertise, to provide individualised assessments with the capacity to quantify:
- movement and mobility characteristics
- pain and discomfort
- muscle and joint dysfunction
- symmetry between left and right limbs
- anatomical & physiological limitations & capacity
- risk of trips/falls/injuries
- risk of developing chronic diseases or other co-existing complex conditions
Once assessed, the high precision and robust data is interpreted, and the findings put into practice with the most appropriate level and frequency of service/s.
