What are the consultation fees?
As there are a large number of services available, please call the clinic on 03 9374 4077 so we can provide you with an accurate fee for service. Consultation fees are required to be paid in full on the day of service provision.
What are the payment methods available?
For your convenience, we accept HICAPS (on the spot private health insurance and Medicare rebates), EFTPOS, American Express, VISA, MasterCard.
What rebates are available?
Most private health insurance companies in Australia provide rebates for those with “extras” cover. Please check with your health insurance policy entitlements for each allied health service.
Patients affected by chronic health conditions, or injured workers, may be entitled to a compensable rebate, including; Medicare (EPC); Department of Veteran Affairs DVA); Transport Accident Commission (TAC); and Worksafe. A referral from your General Practitioner (GP) is required for those eligible under this range of compensable schemes.
I need to change my appointment, is there a cancellation fee?
Appointment cancellations or re-scheduling with more than 24hrs notice will not incur penalty fees. Appointment cancellations within 24hrs will incur a 50% fee charge of requisite service. No shows will incur a 100% service fee charge.
I have a number of health concerns, where do I start?
If you have any undiagnosed health conditions, please make an appointment with your GP. Once your condition/s has been diagnosed, you may require ongoing treatment.
I am a professional athlete and live outside Melbourne, can you assist with my training, sport science and recovery programs?
Numerous international athletes and teams engage our services. We travel regularly to international destinations, and provide ongoing correspondence and support via powerful cloud based platforms, phone and email.
Patients & clients are required to complete registration & risk assessment questionnaires
Patients and clients attending the clinic for the first time are required to register their details. The clinic registration form can be downloaded here. Patients or athletes undertaking metabolic, graded exercise, maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max), and thermoregulation assessments are required to complete the VO2max informed consent form.
