Dr Simon Sostaric (PhD., BAppSc.,AEP.,AES), is a distinguished exercise physiologist, sports scientist and researcher, with 25 years’ experience in professional sport and clinical practice. Simon is the founder of Melbourne Sports & Allied Health Clinic, and a global sport & exercise consultant.
Simon’s sporting expertise encompasses middle/long distance running; cycling; triathlon; adventure sports; motor racing; football.
In healthcare, Simon specialises in the effects of exercise prescription & lifestyle modification on metabolic and cardiovascular diseases; fatigue; cancer and autoimmune disorders.
