Accredited practicing dietitian / sports dietitian now available - welcome Margaret Mielczarek!

We are delighted to announce that Margaret Mielczarek has joined our dynamic team to provide specialist dietitian services - with a particular focus on: weight management (body fat loss, muscle gain); sports nutrition for peak athletic performance; metabolic efficiency; adrenal fatigue; gut health; digestive disorders; blood sugar issues; whole food approach to health & performance; plant based nutrition.

Margaret Mielczarek is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Accredited Sports Dietitian with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics/Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Science) from Deakin University, where she graduated with high distinction. Since graduating, Margaret has specialised in Sports Nutrition, completing the Sports Nutrition (Sports Dietitian Association) course at the Australian Institute of Sport in 2012.
Additionally, Margaret teaches Sports Nutrition at Victoria University, and regularly publishes the latest nutrition news and information across a variety of online and print media.
In her spare time, Margaret leads an active lifestyle, regularly competing in marathons and triathlons. She started her triathlon career in 2010, and has since competed in various Olympic Distance and Long Course triathlon events across Australia. Margaret is a dual Ironman finisher, competing in Ironman Melbourne in 2013 and 2014, and hopes to one day qualify for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
