Specialised running programs for your needs
Personalised approach to training
Personalised training programs are available for joggers, runners, triathletes and footballers looking to take their running performance to the next level.
Our exercise physiologists are not just experienced practitioners, but also highly experienced runners and running coaches.
We are also qualified and experienced to work with all ages and abilities/disabilities, and those with chronic health conditions.
Furthermore, we embrace a holistic approach to training and health outcomes.
Rebates are available for those with private health insurance with extras cover (exercise physiology). For those affected by disability, our programs can be claimed via NDIS capacity building - improved daily living supports.
Getting started
Get in touch and we will send you a registration form, which also serves as part of your initial risk assessment. A one-month training plan, with clear goals and objective outcomes, will be designed for you during your initial in-person or telehealth appointment.
We recommend that you complete a VO2max test at the start of your program, which then enables us to quantify your metabolic economy, anaerobic threshold, VO2max and subsequent training zones.
We recommend 3D gait assessment for those affected by persisting chronic injuries or disability.
Investment:
1. Personalised online running and strength program = starting from $199 per month
2. VO2max (including blood lactate analysis; economy; anaerobic threshold; training zones) = $390
3. 3D gait assessment fees vary depending on your condition, contact us for more information.
Running Assessments
Running Physiology - VO2max
Measuring your sub-maximal running economy, anaerobic threshold and VO2max helps us provide your unique training zones, and to set realistic health and fitness goals.
Running Biomechanics - 3D gait
Quantifying your running gait helps us understand your risk of injury, or the mechanisms of why you are affected by persistent injuries, and subsequent intervention to become free of injury.
